Thomas was born on July 12, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.

Thomas was a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan at the time of passing.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Thomas' memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
