Ruggles passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018.

Ruggles was a resident of Wyoming, Michigan at the time of passing.

Rug was also a member of the Navy Cruisers and Sailors Association and valiantly served his country during World War II and the Korean War in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Lake Champlain and the cruiser USS Helena.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Wesley Park United Methodist Church, 1150 32nd St. SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Dean Prentiss officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Wesley Park United Methodist Church Youth Group.
